As a Wife, Mother and Military Veteran, living with long term stress, anxiety & depression, it is from my personal experience and knowledge, that this site has been created.
It is my wish to share information and tips on dealing with symptoms of stress, anxiety & depression to help others that may be living a similar way of life.
It was through my own journey of attending therapy that I learnt about coloring as a way of distracting my mind from the negative thoughts I would encounter.
Coloring has been found to be a mindful activity that can help reduce symptoms and stress levels, as well as have a calming effect on the mind and body.
From coloring images I then started creating images and it was at this point that the Color Your Way To Happy series of coloring books were developed.
My books contain a variety of designs and themes ranging from mandalas, patterns, flowers, Halloween, Christmas and more.
The coloring books are suitable for all levels of coloring experience; from beginner to advanced; men or women; and the young or elderly.
Some of the books in the series also contain inspirational quotes to help the colorist reinforce a positive mindset, while enjoying their coloring time.
Choose to color for fun or when you start to feel anxious or stressed. Allow yourself some ‘me time’ to relax and practice being mindful every day.
